2023 has been unofficially labeled as our year to become more organized. And even if these items don’t completely solve your storage problems, I guarantee it will grant you a few extra minutes to step back and survey your stuff. Clean up your space and take a look at how much better organized you can be in the coming year!
After working from home in our garage, we wanted to share these quick tips and tricks. Even if you don’t work on your own rig, there may be a tip to encourage you to organize your garage.
If your workbenches are anything like mine, they end up being the catchall where things get set down to be dealt with later…which turns into piles of stuff that we can’t find when we need it. Messy is an understatement.
Our friends at MetalCloak have some solutions to help us get more organized. Their newly released home shop products give us an easy way out of our clutter.

Most of us own jack stands, those chunks of steel that sit in the corner next to our floor jacks…or under a table, or a bench, on in a pile of parts that we have to dig them out of when we need them. Well, this one is easy.
Jack Stand Mounts with installation so easy, a caveman can do it. It involves drilling two holes and bolting them up. Done! The jacks are off the floor and in a place where I know they will be when I need them.
Rattle Can Holder: Now, if you are anything like me, you may need several of these! Also note, the holder may require some modification to hold larger aerosol cans. And once again, two bolts and you are done! Check out all the cool organization tools listed in the accessories and tool department on MetalCloak’s website. www.metalcloak.com
