Terms and conditions:
If you submit a new subscription order for 4Low Magazine, we ship your magazine based on the following:
If submitted during an even numbered month (February, April, June, August, October, December); we mail the current issue by First-Class mail, so your new subscription will start immediately and arrive within approximately 10 days of your subscription date.
If submitted during an odd numbered month (January, March, May, July, September, November), your subscription will begin with the next printed copy and the first issue will be sent directly from the printer, just as it is to all prior subscribers.
If there is a particular issue you want to be sure you get and you aren’t sure it will be sent based on the above, please email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to get the right issue in your hands.
To cancel a subscription, please email [email protected]. Your subscription will be cancelled as of your next renewal date. If you ordered by mistake, a full refund will be sent if you notify us prior to the mailing of your first issue. If you have autorenewal set-up, you will need to cancel the renewal through PayPal or Stripe on your end, we have no access to your account. We are happy to send instructions on how to do that.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing, with your permission, we may send you emails about our company, our advertisers, new products and other updates. Those emails will always come from us, we do NOT sell our list to anyone.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting your personal information. You always have the opportunity to opt-out to receiving marketing emails by unsubscribing to our email newsletter.
Because we are a Subscription-based model, your email may still be used to verify your subscription or address even if you unsubscribe from any marketing emails.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – PLATFORM
Our store is hosted on WordPress. Payments are made through PayPal or Stripe. They provide us with the online payment platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through the databases on those platforms. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
